SHIPPING INFORMATION

FREE SHIPPING

Carlota Barrera offers free standard delivery on orders above 250€. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

Orders typically ship within 1 business day of your purchase. Orders placed before 1 PM GMT / 12 PM GMT+1 will be shipped the same day when possible. During the same period, the large amount of orders can result in longer delivery times.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. You will receive an email notification to confirm your order has been dispatched, if you require a tracking number please contact customercare@carlotabarrera.com.


TAXES AND DUTIES

The prices of products are inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties. International customers please note: If you order products for delivery outside the EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of their cost before placing your order.

When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

INSURANCE

Carlota Barrera insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment.


RETURNS POLICY

If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your full price purchase you can return your order within 14 days from when the order arrived to you.

If you wish to return an item, please fill the Returns Form below or e-mail us at customercare@carlotabarrera.com

Returning your online purchase

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

  • Make sure to return the item in such a way that the original packaging will remain undamaged.

  • Do not put the original invoice in the box.

  • Your package will not be shipped with any return slips. Instead, we ask that you request your return by sending an email to customercare@carlotabarrera.com.

  • For added safety, please ensure all packages with a tracking number. Client is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • If the mistake is on our side you will receive an RMA Slip and a Shipping label. Please include a printed copy of your slip in your package.


Any package returned after the prescribed timeframe will be refused and returned to the sender. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender.

Carlota Barrera S.L. cannot be held responsible if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason.



EXCHANGES

Should you be interested in a different size, colour or style, simply send us an email at customercare@carlotabarrera.com to return your item(s). After we receive and approve your return you will be refunded with store credit so you can purchase the new piece at carlotabarrera.com

In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please send us an email at customercare@carlotabarrera.com with images of the damaged goods and close up images of the style. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, store credit or a full refund will be offered and we will arrange a return of the faulty item.


REFUNDS

Made to Order or Sale pieces cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed.

If your return is approved, a refund for the price of your item(s) will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account. It can take approximately 10 days to appear on your statement. If it takes longer please contact your bank for assistance.

Carlota Barrera reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.



RETURN COSTS

Unless the mistake is on our side, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.
